We have low freight charges based on weight, and we usually ship immediately ex-stock. During peak season, delivery times may be slightly longer. We do not apply any service charges.

30-100 kg: €159
100-300 kg: €169
300-500 kg: €249
500-700kg €439
700-800 kg: €549

Fast Delivery times

We have a lot in stock. Quick deliveries of standard accessories and spare parts. We usually ship your order the day after you placed it. Spare parts for older machines and unusual accessories usually take a bit longer to send.

We build new machines every day and send them all over the world. Depending on demand, the delivery time for machines is 1-6 weeks. Your sales contact will inform you about the delivery time when you place your order. If you use our online store, we will call you up and inform you about the delivery time.

Damage in Transit / Complaints

Damage in transit
Logosol inspects each item before sending it to you. If, upon receipt, you discover that any part is missing or damaged in transport, you must immediately notify the driver. Please contact us if the if the carrier does not assume any liability.

Complaints
If the delivered goods do not match your order, please contact us immediately. If we conclude that the fault is with us, you will receive a return number, along with instructions for the return shipping. We will then take on the costs of return shipping and arrange a replacement delivery without additional costs.
